If you have five minutes, you have enough time to create a sweet and amazing snack that won’t leave you feeling guilty!


  • Half a banana
  • 1/4 cup oats

That’s it- mash your banana and oats together in a bowl until it has combined. Add to a pan and fry for approx. 2mins each side, flipping with spatula when golden brown. Remove from pan and top with Yoghurt, cinnamon & almonds or any combo of your favourite fruits, nuts and seeds!

It didn’t even last long enough for me to write the post! Yummm…
