After a pretty intense Back & Bis training session, I decided to refuel with one of my favourite, quick and nutritious meals.

INGREDIENTS: 100g sweet potato, 1cup mixed lettuce leaves, 6x halved cherry tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, 150g Turkey mince & grated cheese.
