1x serve peanut butter

MEAL 4: 1pm
Handful of spinach leaves
30g smashed avocado
4x cherry tomatoes
15g refried beans
15g grated cheddar cheese
150g chicken mince
taco seasoning

MEAL 5: 6pm
150g boiled chicken breast
100g steamed vegetables
150g sweet potato

+ POST WORKOUT PROTEIN SHAKE (11AM) + ENGLISH BREAKFAST TEA (8PM)
