A week of workouts.

 Smashed through a shoulders session this morning at the gym. 

This week I changed up my workouts and just for fun, tried other progrmas posted on Instagram or bodybuilding.com

 

Next week, it’s back to the real deal. Back into a program dedicated and customised to suit me and my own goals/gains.

 With only 3 weeks until my surgery, it’s time to go hard!
