IMG_8766since i can’t workout for the next 6 weeks or so, I am living through you guys! as promised, each wednesday i will be sharing with you some of my favourite workouts.
today’s “would-have-been-workout” is a weights routine focusing on strengthening and building the biceps.

Barbell Curl (diagnostic)
4 sets of 12, 10, 10, 7 reps
Dumbbell Hammer Curl
2 sets of 10-15 reps
Dumbbell Seated Alternating Curl
2 sets of 10-15 reps
Machine Curl
3 sets of 10-15 reps
Concentration Curl
3 sets of 10-15 reps
Preacher Curl
2 sets of 10-15 reps
Ezybar Forearm Curl
2 sets of 10-15 reps
