*serves 3-4 =250 calories per serve
- 1.5 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 3 tablespoons bran
- 1/4 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup strawberries
- 1 large apple
- 20g sultanas
- 1/2 cup non fat greek yoghurt
Mix all ingredients (except for yoghurt and any added extras) together into a large glass bowl. Place in fridge overnight. In the morning, chop up fruit and add to mixture, along with any added extras you desire.
Will keep up to a week in the fridge- not that it will last that long!
OPTIONAL ADDITIONS: blueberries, sliced almonds, dried apricots, peanut butter, protein powder....anything goes!
