Gluten Free French Toast.

*serves 1
=210 calories per serve
  • 11846717_961775693886683_3684843639649013760_n2 slices PureBred Bakery gluten free raisin bread
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 scoop greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 sliced strawberries

1.Β Toast raisin bread until brown
2. In a shallow bowl whisk egg white, vanilla essence and cinnamon powder until combined
3. Once toast has popped, drop slices one at a time into egg mixture
4. Ensure each side of bread is coated and moist
5. Add slices to a pre heated non-stick fry pan and pan fry for 1-2 minutes until golden
6. Remove from pan
7. Add to serving plate and top with greek yoghurt, banana and strawberry slices
8. Enjoy whilst warm.

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: maple syrup, peanut butter, honey, coconut, 
mixed berries, bacon... anything goes!
