Yay, I finished Week 20 of BBG. I’m so tired because I did 3 circuits 3 days in a row. Tonight I’ll be having a 30 minutes foam roll & stretching session which is definitely needed!
Sooooo I’ve been wanting to make a protein/energy ball recipe for a while now & today was the day! After pinning a bunch of recipes on Pinterest & bookmarking a bunch of different recipes, I got a collection of 3 recipes & put together what I thought would be best. And of course, I always like to use less ingredients. This recipe isn’t really high in protein, more of an energy bite! Next time I will make a protein ball recipe 🙂 with peanut butter because nut butter is life!!!
