MasterChef contestant Jessica Arnott unveiled as Ambassador for inaugural BeauVine FestivaL!
Perth’s new meat, wine, music and arts event BeauVine Festival has unveiled Masterchef contest Jessica Arnott as its official Event Ambassador.
If you are thinking of going to the festival, I strongly suggest you get your tickets before Monday so that you can firstly, get them at a discounted price and secondly, so you can enter into the draw to win a sensational prize! All BeauVine Festival ticket holders who purchase tickets before the end of the first ticketing release on Monday 28 September will enter the draw to win a VIP banquet for four prepared and cooked by Jessica at BeauVine Festival in an exclusive VIP setting. Dubbed “The Queen of Flavour” and “Miss Tasty” by the MasterChef judges, Jessica became known for big bold flavours, an almost indecent love of cheese and being a dab hand with a piece of meat on her way to third place – a result testament to both her palate and passion. “BeauVine is a big outdoor party combining all of my favourite things, in particular a whole lot of meat and really great wines and I’m thrilled to be a part of it.I love the idea of a festival celebrating creativity in the many forms it comes in; to me music, visual arts and cooking all speak to the same special space inside the mind and I’m looking forward to this collaboration of awesome, creative brains,” Ms Arnott said.
BeauVine Festival, which released its initial program lineup two weeks ago featuring dozens of popular Perth eateries and wineries, well-respected chefs and sommeliers, seeks to bring the people of Perth together in one of the cities most beautiful green spaces.
Presented by JumpClimb Events, the team behind The Beaufort Street Festival and award winning Fringe World venue Noodle Palace, BeauVine Festival is a unique take on the traditional food and wine festival, offering an experience for all of the senses through it’s added art and music programming.
Special additional masterclasses include in depth looks at the standout Voyager Estate range in the Voyager Estate Masterclass Marquee and a Cherubino Blending Laboratory where one can make their own special blend under the guidance of renowned winemaker Larry Cherubino. Other master classes include Uncorked Comedy and Brewed Laughter, a series of wine and beer tastings hosted by comedians James De Leo and Chris Franklin.
For the foodies, two of Perth’s favourite neighbourhood eateries Clarences and Old Faithful will be teaming up to present ‘Heads Will Roll’, a collaborative smoked meats and classic eats cook off. Additional entertainment will take shape in the form of live acoustic acts and DJs, a record fair, a robot chicken racing derby and dozens of boutique retail stalls offering plenty of opportunities to pick up great food and wine to enjoy on site and take home to enjoy later.
AND THE BEST PART- you don’t have to feel guilty about eating, drinking and having a good time as part proceeds from every ticket go to local charity Short Back & Sidewalks, a not for profit charity based on the streets of Perth that provides dignity to people in need by giving haircuts free of charge.
First release tickets are on sale now from www.beauvine.com.au for $30 (+ booking fee) until Monday 28 September and $35 (+ booking fee) thereafter.
