Protein Bars Revealed.

IMG_4133Choosing the right foods to suit your training goals and nutrition plan can be quite difficult- especially when the media leads us to believe that certain foods are good for us (when they’re not) or on the other hand when foods get a bad wrap, yet are really not that bad for us at all (like good ol’ pumpkin and potatoes!)

As most of you know, my diet consists of high protein and fairly low fats which means in order to hit my daily protein goal, I have to include a protein supplement of some sort into my diet. Lately I’ve been doing my own investigations into different protein bars and which ones are the best in flavour and nutrition. Please note that these are my own opinions and thoughts as to how well they do or don’t fit my macros, which may differ to your own goals and plans!

I need to get to my supplement store to find a bar that suits my macros 🙂
I definitely need one with virtually no fat, but high protein. Gutted about the quest having 9g of fat though!!

It’s our pleasure! Without bloggers like you we’d have no purpose and there would be a lot of people who felt alone in their endeavors. You’re an inspiration. Keep blogging!
