STEP OUTSIDE YOUR COMFORT ZONE.

Why is it that when someone else needs encouragement or reassurance to give something a go- we can give it out so generously and fearlessly. Yet when it comes to reassuring ourselves, we are so quick to tell ourselves that we can’t do something or that we are simply not going to do it well enough!
A great way to boost confidence and self belief is to step outside your comfort zone and do something that pushes you and intimidates you. Perhaps it is trying a new group fitness class at the gym or joining a local sporting team, perhaps it is applying for that dream job you keep telling yourself you’re not good enough to apply for- even though should your friend be in the same position- you would have encouraged them to apply 100%. Am I right?
So if there is something you want to do but have lacked the courage to attempt, challenge yourself to be brave. Don’t put it off for another moment. Don’t want for the next Monday, or a new year to make that resolution – today is the day.
