“Dreams do come true, if only we wish hard enough.” – James Barrie

IMG_3355If you want to live your life to its full potential, don’t make the mistake of shutting down your dreams as soon as they pop into your head. Take the time to explore them. Visualise them as a reality. This doesn’t mean that every single thought needs to be acted upon, just that your ideas shouldn’t be dismissed without thought or consideration.

Two years ago, I had a dream. I envisioned how my life would look and how I would feel living it to the fullest. I made tough, life-changing decisions and reacted to these choices in the most positive way I knew how. I knew something was missing in my life. I began to make choices each and everyday that would make me happier, stronger, more positive and healthier. I explored my passion for fitness and health by immersing myself in every charity fitness event  I could find. I studied nutrition, personal training and wellness coaching in my spare time and I lived and breathed living a healthy and positive lifestyle through my job, my hobbies, my friends and my family. This week- all of my dreams that I envisioned all those years ago, became my reality. Today I was offered a full sponsorship for a working VISA in the USA as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist at Fitness 19! Until I apply in Australia and my visa is approved by the US consulate, I will be completing an Internship with the company- so keep you eyes peeled for all of my new fitness adventures.

I am so glad that I believed in the power of my dreams! I am so motivated and excited about learning from the best and discovering my potential in the fitness industry. USA- I love you!
