CREATE HELPFUL HABITS.
“Do or do not. There is no try” – Yoda.
If you find yourself trying to change certain behaviours, whether it be your eating or training habits, only to quickly give up and go back to your old ways- ask yourself why? Most commonly, the answer will be because it feels too hard. I mean let’s be honest- we all have the same number of hours in a day and a variety of different commitments and “tie-ups” so time is simply an excuse! (Valid SOMETIMES but is certainly not enough of a reason to give up on your dreams!)
However, no matter what you tell yourself- don’t criticise yourself for not trying hard enough! Instead, focus on creating a new habit. One that in a very short period of time will feel natural, automatic and best of all- easy to stick to!
