Banana Nut Oat Muffins

*Use roughly 1/4 cup oats per serve

*approx. 120 cals per serve

INGREDIENTS:

– banana – oats – cranberries (dried fruit of your choice) – chia seeds – pepita seeds – sunflower seeds – almonds – coconut flakes – cinnamon – coconut oil


1. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl

2. Stir until completely combined and mixture stirs together

3. Line oven tray (or mini muffin pan) with baking paper

4. Scoop mixture into tray and spread out evenly until flat

5. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until brown

6. Remove from oven, let it cool

7. Slice into squares or bars or if making muffins, remove from baking tin

8. Serve immediately or place in fridge for up to 5 days.

OPTIONAL: – add honey or agave syrup – peanut butter – chocolate chips – protein powder
