WARM UP:
10mins stair climber

WORKOUT:
– Jump squats on trx bands – 3 x 15
– Jump lunges on trx bands – 3 x 15 each leg
– Weighted squats – 4 x 10
– Weighted calf raises – 4 x 20
– Donkey kicks on smith machine – 3 x each leg to failure
– Cable kick backs – 3 x 10 each leg
– Cable side kicks – 3 x 10 each leg
