Even if it’s Raining- We’re still Training!

My girls smashing it this morning at Team Training- Even the weather warnings and storms didn’t put them off!

 

This is just a snippet of some of the exercises we pushed through! Well done to EVERYONE as you each challenged yourself be it in weights, reps or those decline pushups!
And as for the commandos… You’re welcome 🙂

– 50seconds on / 15 seconds off
– 45 minutes of work
