Cauli Crust Pizza Recipe

*serves 1
=365 calories per pizza
(17g F | 33g P | 17g C)


  • 200g cauliflower, blitzed in processor
  • 1 egg white
  • 10g grated parmesan
  • parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
    – My choice of toppings are listed below for macro purposes!
  • 100g chicken mince, pan fried
  • 15g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 25g red capsicum, sliced
  • 13g caramelised onions
  • 20g mushrooms, sliced
  • 25g tomato paste

  1. Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan forced
  2. Line a large baking tray with baking paper
  3. Process the cauliflower in batches until rice size pieces
  4. Place in a microwave safe bowl and microwave, covered, on high for 5-7 minutes or until tender
  5. Allow to cool
  6. Combine egg white, parmesan, garlic and parsley in a large bowl
  7. Add “cauliflower rice”and stir to combine
  8. Spoon onto lined baking tin and bake for 25 minutes or until golden
  9. Remove from oven and coat surface with tomato paste
  10. Top with all your favourite pizza toppings (see ingredients list above for my choices)
  11. Place back into oven for a further 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted
  12. Serve and enjoy!
