Full Body HIIT Workout.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
– bench
– dumbbells
– timer

TIME NEEDED:
– approx. 20-30 minutes
– repeat each exercise for 30 seconds
– repeat full circuit 2-3 times

EXERCISES:
– tricep dips
– push ups
– shoulder press
– step ups
– alternating backward lunges (weighted)
– weighted squats
– plank shoulder taps
– Russian twists
– renegade rows
– mountain climbers
– leap frogs
