Banana breakfast muffins recipe.

Ingredients

  • 240g Oats
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50ml Coconut Water
  • Cinnamon

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender
  3. Blend until combined
  4. Pour into individual cupcake moulds (or ungreased loaf tin if making banana bread)
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown
  6. Serve warm
