Before working out with Simone, I hated my body. I hated my stretch marks, the way my clothes fit, and that I had lost all the progress I made before I got pregnant. I missed having muscles. I was trying to find a way to get back into the habit of working out, but I was struggling with nutrition and finding a routine that worked for my schedule.
I met Simone when my company brought her in for personal training sessions. Simone was so encouraging and supportive, I connected with her instantly. I looked up her website and was intrigued by her Sweat Squad, so I reached out. When she explained what it provided – nutrition plans, accountability, and a social support group, I knew it was exactly what I needed to get back on track.
Over the past 5 months, I have lost over 6 inches. I have toned arms, and I’m starting to see my ab muscles for the first time EVER!
Joining the Sweat Squad has helped me find a community of strong, beautiful women who find a way to balance their lives to take care of the ones they love and themselves. I have rediscovered my own strength and determination. I have also found a way to love my body as it is now – I especially love showing off my guns. I still have work to do to get the body I want, but I feel so much better mentally and physically, and I know I can get to where I want to be.
