I gained 63lbs with my 1st pregnancy & never managed to lose the weight before getting pregnant again 1.5yrs later. After my little girl was born in October, I was ready to feel like myself again (physically & mentally) and to hopefully get back into my favorite pre-pregnancy clothes.
My mom & cousin had been training with Simone for a few months, & they both spoke so highly of her! Once I was cleared to start exercising again, my mom really encouraged me to start attending personal training sessions with her twice a week during my maternity leave. I soon found out that Simone was everything they’d said she was…warm, gracious, encouraging, & so much more!
In 6 weeks, I lost 15lbs, which brought me down to my second pre-pregnancy weight. I’m still working to lose the weight I didn’t lose after my first baby, but, after so much success already, I am completely confident I can achieve that goal. I feel so motivated. There was one point when I thought I was just going to have to live with this extra weight forever, but now, I know that’s not the case.
