This recipe is a combination of two of my favorite things: breakfast and pizza! The cool thing about pizza is that anything goes. Need to use up some of the produce in your fridge? Throw it in. Have very little in the house? Use what you do have and build your own masterpiece. You can quite literally top this breakfast pizza with any or all of your favorite toppings and it would taste incredible.

Alright alright. It is somewhat like a glorified omelette. Breakfast pizza sounds better. You decide.

Bacon Egg Breakfast Pizza
  1. Line a large pan with bacon slices and fry until your desired consistency
  2. In a small bowl, combine eggs & chopped olives
  3. Whisk to combine
  4. Once bacon is cooked, pour egg and olive mix into pan
  5. Top with shredded cheese, salt & pepper (if desired)
  6. Cover with lid until cooked through and fluffy
  7. Remove from pan when eggs are cooked and cheese has melted.
  8. Serve with your favorite breakfast sides & enjoy whilst hot!
