These muffins are made with only a few staple breakfast ingredients: oats, eggs and bananas and use only one bowl and spoon! Not only are they easy to prepare and bake, but super easy to clean up after too. Once you make this muffin recipe, it’ll become your new favorite “make a head” breakfast! Because these bad boys can be made ahead of time, you can prepare them the night before and refrigerate them until morning when you can simple grab and go!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender
  3. Blend until combined
  4. Pour into individual cupcake moulds or a greased loaf tin if making banana bread
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
  6. Serve warm
