Choose your protein whether it be beef, turkey, chicken or pork and then follow this simple process to make the most delicious meal in no time. Perfect on the grill, baked in the oven or even pan fried. These bunless burgers are versatile & totally acceptable for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

In a large bowl, combine the mince, herbs, spices, chilli, garlic and breadcrumbs with the egg to bind them
Mix well until combined and herbs are evenly distributed in mixture
Divide the mixture into 6 patties using slightly dampened hands as the mixture is wet and sticky
Make each patty about the size of your palm, then press to flatten them
Place patties onto plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm
When it is time to cook your burgers, heat a little coconut oil in a large frying pan or grill plate over a medium heat
Fry the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, making sure they are cooked all the way through
Remove from pan when brown and crispy on the outside
