  1. Chop all ingredients
  2. Pour chicken stock, diced potatoes & carrots into a large pot and bring to the boil.
  3. Meanwhile, pan fry diced onions & bacon until cooked
  4. Once potatoes are boiled, add chopped cabbage to broth
  5. Once cabbage has softened, add the cooked turkey bacon & onion to the stew
  6. Stir to combine. Add salt, pepper & chives.
  7. Remove from stove & serve with crust bread or pita (optional)
  8. Serve while hot and enjoy
