Chicken Breast With Garlic Mushroom Sauce
  1. Slice chicken breasts to an even thickness
  2. Salt and pepper both sites of each chicken breast
  3. Place a pan over medium heat and spray with olive oil
  4. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden on the bottom, before turning and repeating until cooked through
  5. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside, covered to keep warm
  6. Add one tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and then add diced mushrooms and onions
  7. Allow mushrooms and onions to cook 5 to 8 minutes until the water releases from the mushrooms and evaporates
  8. Whisk in two tablespoons of flour and garlic and allow to cook for about 1 to 2 minutes, until fragrant
  9. Add a 1/4 cup of milk, mixed herbs of choice, salt, and pepper and continue whisking or stirring until thickened
  10. Continue to pour in milk as needed
  11. Place chicken on serving plate and spoon mushroom sauce over the top
  12. Serve and enjoy!
