This recipe could not be any easier, and I’ll bet you have all the listed ingredients in your pantry or fridge right now. So this is most certainly going to save you from serving eggs on toast for dinner (although I don’t discriminate- that actually sounds awesome right now!) In fact, you could probably even over cook the chicken and it would still be a success as this sauce is everything! *Although I don’t recommend over cooking (or undercooking) the chicken! But what I’m trying to say is, this is a no fail dish! The saltiness from the peanut butter and sweetness from the honey is the perfect compliment to chicken, vegetables and dare I say it, absolutely anything savory! Yup, this sauce is perfect for meal prep too.

  1. 1. Lightly sauté onion and garlic in a pan,  for approximately 3 minutes
  2. 2. Stir in chicken and sauté until colour changes
  3. 3. Stir in peanut butter, stock, honey, mustard, curry and tabasco sauce.
  4. 4. Simmer slowly for approximately 15-20 minutes until cooked
  5. 6. Serve & enjoy
