Anyone else a dessert lover, but don’t so much enjoy the empty calories that come with it? We hear you loud and clear in this house hold! Scott loves pie (well sugar in general to be honest) so I have been wanting to create something a little healthier for him, without jeopardizing the taste. Well let me tell you, this Chocolate Protein Pie does not disappoint!

The flavorful rich chocolate protein filling with the crisp graham cracker crust is phenomenal! Feel free to make your own graham cracker base or cheat (like I did)! If you want to make a vegan version of this pie, I’d sub the cream cheese and Greek yogurt with cashew whipped cream or a nut based yogurt!

CHOC PROTEIN PIE RECIPE!

Instructions
  1. Combine yogurt, Shakeology, peanut butter, and cashew milk in a large bowl
  2. Mix well until it is even and smooth
  3. Pour pie mixture into pie crust
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm (store in freezer if needed)
  5. Cut into eight slices or use fun cookie cutters to create any shape you like!
  6. Serve whilst cold.
