Crock Pot Chicken With Parmesan Potatoes
  1. Pour olive oil into bottom of crock pot
  2. Add potatoes, onions and then chicken
  3. Coat with garlic, Italian herbs, thyme, salt and pepper
  4. Cook on low heat for 8 hours or high heat for 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through
  5. Using a slotted spoon, place potatoes and onion to form a bed for the chicken on each serving plate
  6. Top with chicken breasts and sprinkle parmesan cheese and additional herbs if desired
  7. Serve with your favorite vegetables or see below for other serving suggestions
  8. Enjoy whilst hot!
