Filled Field Mushrooms
  1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C
  2. Remove the stem from large mushrooms & chop the stems to add to filling later
  3. Brush mushrooms with butter in & outside
  4. Brush mushrooms with butter in & outside
  5. Lightly sauté toppings of your choice in garlic, olive oil and herbs
  6. Top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese
  7. Place in oven again for 5-10 minutes until cheese has melted
  8. Remove from oven
  9. Serve and enjoy!
