If I ever want something special for breakfast, I always go for French Toast. Tastes amazing, easy to make but still feels a little bit fancy, and is totally guilt free when you make it with Protein Bread. Instructions
  1. Toast bread until golden brown
  2. In a shallow bowl whisk egg white, vanilla essence and cinnamon powder until combined
  3. Once toast has popped, drop slices one at a time into egg mixture
  4. Ensure each side of bread is coated and moist
  5. Add slices to a pre heated non-stick fry pan and pan fry for 1-2 minutes until golden
  6. Remove from pan
  7. Add to serving plate and top with greek yoghurt, banana and strawberry slices
  8. Enjoy whilst warm.
