Grilled Pear, Cashew & Haloumi Salad
Instructions
  1. Heat grill plate/ pan and add splash of coconut
  2. Grill or pan fry the sliced haloumi cheese until golden brown (approx. 2-3mins)
  3. Remove helium and add pear slices to pan. Grill until they change colour
  4. Remove pear slices from pan and add cashew nuts, roast slightly then remove
  5. Add rocket and spinach leaves to mixing bowl
  6. In small bowl, mix lime juice and honey together then pour over leaves and toss until covered
  7. Add pears, cashews and pears to the leaves, toss lightly
  8. Place into serving bowl or plate
  9. Eat and enjoy!
