Cereal may have a bad name for itself, but this muesli can hold it’s own. It is a wonderfully balanced breakfast with its combination of all 3 macronutrients: carbohydrates from oats, healthy fats from the added seeds, nuts and protein from the milk too. Plus, let’s not forget the fibre, vitamins, omega 3 and other minerals thanks to those dried fruits, nuts and additions such as wheat/ bran flakes also.
