- 1.5 cup Rolled Oats
- 3/4 cup Skim Milk
- 3 tbsp Bran
- 1/4 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Strawberries
- 1 Large Apple
- 20 g Sultanas
- 1/2 cup non fat greek yoghurt

Instructions
- Mix oats, milk, bran, apple, sultanas and cinnamon together into a large glass bowl
- Place in fridge overnight
- In the morning, stir in yoghurt, slice strawberries and add to mixture, along with any added extras you desire.
