Especially on a hot day, this is the perfect way to cool down, without all the added sugars and nasties found in ice cream and popsicles. In fact, it is so healthy you could even enjoy this as a patriotic post-workout snack!

Instructions
  1. Place ⅓ yogurt in a tall glass or mason jar
  2. Top with ⅓ strawberries and ⅓ blueberries.
  3. Repeat layers twice (or until glass/jar is almost filled)
  4. Drizzle with honey (coconut- optional)
  5. Serve immediately
