Peanut Proat Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 220F
  2. Melt peanut butter in microwave until soft
  3. Place sliced banana into a small mixing bowl and mash using a fork
  4. Add protein powder, oats and melted peanut butter to bowl and stir to combine
  5. Line baking tray with parchment paper
  6. Spoon mixture onto tray into round cookie shapes
  7. Bake for approx. 15 minutes or until golden
  8. Add toppings of choice. I added PB mnm’s for my husband and I topped mine with Carbmaster apple & cinnamon yoghurt!
  9. Serve and enjoy!
