GET EXCITED! Just when you though meatloaf couldn’t get any better, I’m here to tell you that it does. I mean let’s face it. Meatloaf is easy to make, it can be prepared ahead of time, it is super affordable and it is a family favorite too! I’ve recently discovered that using Premio Original Pork Sausage as an alternative to ground turkey or beef, makes ALL the difference. If you’ve been searching for a protein that’s versatile enough to be part of breakfast, lunch or dinner, you’ve found it! Plus this sausage meat has enough flavor all on its lonesome, it calls for very few additional herbs & spices!

A true weeknight meal, in that it can be completed from start to finish (including on the table and ready to eat) in less than an hour AND can be prepared all in one dish! If you are skimming the worldwide web for some last minute dinner inspo, skip the rest and literally just mix all the ingredients and throw it in the oven. Serve with some mashed potatoes and steamed greens and you’ve got yourself a complete, healthy meal that the whole family with love!

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat
  3. Add onion to pan and cook through until soft
  4. Stir in garlic, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, broth, and 1 tablespoon ketchup
  5. Stir to combine before transferring mixture to a large bowl
  6. Add pork sausage, breadcrumbs, egg and egg white to bowl, and combine
  7. Cover a loaf baking tray with aluminum foil, and coat lightly with olive oil spray
  8. Set mixture into loaf pan, and brush meatloaf evenly with remaining 2 tablespoons ketchup
  9. Bake for approximately 45 minutes to an hour
  10. Let meatloaf stand for a few minutes prior to serving
  11. Serve with your favorite sides & enjoy.
