Pork Sausage MeatLoaf
1.5x Red | 1x Green | 1x Purple | 0.5x Yellow
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat
  3. Add onion to pan and cook through until soft
  4. Stir in garlic, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, broth, and 1 tablespoon ketchup
  5. Stir to combine before transferring mixture to a large bowl
  6. Add pork sausage, breadcrumbs, egg and egg white to bowl, and combine
  7. Cover a loaf baking tray with aluminum foil, and coat lightly with olive oil spray
  8. Set mixture into loaf pan, and brush meatloaf evenly with remaining 2 tablespoons ketchup
  9. Bake for approximately 45 minutes to an hour
  10. Let meatloaf stand for a few minutes prior to serving
  11. Serve with your favorite sides & enjoy.
