It’s (almost) fall ya’ll! I just love saying that! Who else is as excited as I am? The only problem with fall is that as the air gets cooler, I find myself sipping on more hot drinks than usual. And what goes so nicely with tea and coffee? Cookies and cake and pastries thats what! So I have made it my mission to find healthier alternatives to some of my favorite things…like Pumpkin Spice!

As a trainer, I am very particular about my protein intake each day. Unfortunately, most treats are a combination of fat and carbohydrates with very little protein, but I’ve found a way to combat that!   This recipe for Pumpkin Spice Shakeology Energy Balls is perfect for those times when you need something sweet, but don’t want to indulge in anything too naughty or sugar laden! With this recipe, all you need is five ingredients and 15 minutes, and you’ll be savoring the flavors of autumn in no time at all. Enjoy!
