Spinach & Artichoke Chicken
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine spinach, artichoke hearts , cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder salt and pepper
  3. Mix well
  4. Slice chicken breast in half length ways (so they cook faster!)
  5. Place raw chicken breast onto a parchment paper lined baking dish
  6. Pour mixture evenly over the chicken
  7. Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes , until chicken is cooked
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
  9. Place back into oven for few minutes until cheese is melted or broil for a few minutes to make the cheese crispy & golden on top!
