BACON & EGG BREAKFAST PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 50g olives
  • 20g shredded colby cheese

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Line a large pan with bacon slices and fry until your desired consistency (Scott likes his almost crispy)
  2. In a small bowl, combine eggs & chopped olives
  3. Whisk to combine
  4. Once bacon is cooked, pour egg and olive mix into pan
  5. Top with shredded cheese, salt & pepper (if desired)
  6. Cover with lid until cooked through and fluffy
  7. Remove from pan when eggs are cooked and cheese has melted.
  8. Serve with your favorite breakfast sides & enjoy whilst hot!
