Motivational Muesli

*makes approx. 6 serves
=233 calories per serve
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup pepita seeds
  • 1/3 cups sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes
  • cinnamon to taste
  • coconut oil

1) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
2) Place all ingredients (except for the cranberries) into a mixing bowl and stir until combined
3) Line oven tray with baking paper and spread dry mixture evenly over tray
4) Drizzle coconut oil over the top
5) Bake in oven for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown
6) Remove from oven and allow to cool completely
7) Add cranberries and stir to combine
8) Place in air tight container to store and ensure freshness
9) Serve with skim milk, yoghurt or fresh fruit.
