Mumma’s Bircher Muesli

  • 1.5 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 3 tablespoons bran
  • 1/4 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup strawberries
  • 1 large apple
  • 20g sultanas
  • 1/2 cup non fat greek yoghurt
  1. Mix oats, milk, bran, apple, sultanas and cinnamon together into a large glass bowl
  2. Place in fridge overnight
  3. In the morning, stir in yoghurt, slice strawberries and add to mixture, along with any added extras you desire.
    OPTIONAL ADDITIONS: blueberries, sliced almonds, dried apricots, peanut butter, protein powder….anything goes!
Will keep up to a week in the fridge- not that it will last that long!
