Perfect Pancakes

  1. Combine pancake mix, cinnamon and protein powder into a pouring jug
  2. Add egg whites and milk
  3. Stir until combined
  4. Rub pan with coconut oil if needed
  5. Pour mixture into pan (low-medium heat)
  6. Flip each pancake when almost cooked through
  7. Once golden brown, remove from pan
  8. Serve and enjoy with your favourite toppings! (I added chobani greek yoghurt, blueberries & a drizzle of maple syrup)
