Protein Pikelets.

Serving size= 8 pikelets/340 calories

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 50g oats
  • 30g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg white
  • cinnamon
  • coconut oil
  • water OR milk for consistency
  • SERVE WITH ALL YOUR FAVOURITE TOPPINGS: mixed berries, crushed nuts, maple syrup, peanut butter, jam, greek yoghurt, honey, lemon, sugar… you name it- it works!


  1. Place all ingredients except for water/milk into a large mixing bowl
  2. Using a hand held blender, blend until combined (approx. 20 seconds)
  3. Slowly stir in water/milk until reached desired consistency
  4. Heat pan on medium heat
  5. Add coconut oil until heated
  6. Pour/ spoon mixture into pan to form small circles of batter
  7. Heat until firm and golden then flip and repeat
  8. Serve with all your favourite toppings!
