Slow Cooked BBQ Pulled Pork

INGREDIENTS:
    • 1 tablespoon, Vinegar, Apple Cider
    • 1 tbsp(s), Garlic, raw
    • 2 tsp(s), Spices, onion powder
    • 0.25 cup, Honey
    • 0.50 tsp, Ground Cumin
    • 1 tsp, Spices, chili powder
    • 1 tsp, Spices, cinnamon, ground
    • 0.50 tsp., Kosher Salt
    • 12 fluid ounce, Canned
    • 2 lb(s), Half Boneless Pork Loin

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients in the slow cooker, except the pork. This will create the barbecue sauce

  2. Place pork into the sauce mixture and slow cook on a low setting for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Meat should easily pull apart when done
  4. Pour sauce from crock pot into large saucepan and bring to the boil
  5. Stir in corn starch, in small, slow increments, until sauce reaches desired consistency
  6. Add in pulled pork
