SLOW COOKED PORK TENDERLOIN.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Garlic, raw
  • Parsley, fresh
  • 120mL Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon, Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakes
  • 2 cups, low sodium chicken broth
  • 32 oz, Pork Tenderloin

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place stock, apple cider vinegar and all herbs & spices into slow cooker
  2. Stir to combine
  3. Place pork tenderloin so the bottom is immersed in liquid
  4. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours
  5. Remove from cooker
  6. Slice whilst hot
  7. Serve & enjoy.
