Avocado & Cucumber Salad.

INGREDIENTS:
    • 1x cucumber, diced
    • 2x celery stems, diced
    • 1/2 red pepper, diced
    • Lime juice – Raw
    • Kosher Salt
    • 1/2 red onion, diced
    • 1/2 avocado, diced
    • cilantro

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare all the above ingredients as required: wash and dice
  2. Add all ingredients (except for lime juice, salt and cilantro) into a serving bowl
  3. Stir until combined and colorful
  4. Add in lemon juice, salt, cilantro and any other herbs of choice.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready for use
  6. Serve chilled along side your favorite protein
  7. Enjoy!
