Crock Pot Chicken & Potato Stew.

INGREDIENTS:
    • 800g, Chicken Breasts (boneless & skinless)
    • 500g Red Potatoes, diced
    • 300g Sweet Potatoes, diced
    • 2 cups, Diced Peeled Tomatoes – no salt added
    • 120g onion, sliced
    • 4 tsp, Taco Seasoning Reduced Sodium
    • 0.25 cup, homestyle tomato & basil pasta sauce
    • 2 cups water
    • Cinnamon
    • Paprika
    • Salt & Pepper to taste

  1. Prepare ingredients as listed above
  2. Place ALL ingredients into slow cooker and stir to combine
  3. Place lid on slow cooker and heat on low for approximately 5- 6 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender
  4. Remove chicken breasts from the crock pot and shred using two forks
  5. Return chicken to the crock pot and stir to combine
  6. Serve & enjoy.
