Pizza Wraps

  • mushrooms, sliced
  • cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 2x Mountain Bread Wraps (Rice)
  • spinach leaves
  • cheese, grated
  • chicken breast, baked and diced
  • red capsicum, diced
  • red onion, diced
  • pizza sauce
  • mixed herbs

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Dice chicken breast and place onto oven tray lined with baking paper. Place in the oven and bake until cooked through. Remove from heat
  3. Dice all ingredients listed above and grate cheese
  4. Place wraps onto oven trays lined with baking paper
  5. Smother each wrap with pizza sauce and mixed herbs
  6. Add desired amount of toppings to each wrap
  7. Add diced chicken
  8. Top with grated cheese
  9. Bake for approximately 15minutes or until cheese has melted and edges are crisp
  10. Serve, eat and enjoy!
